Autonomous Micromobility
for Senior Citizens
20% of all economically active people will reach statutory retirement age in the next 15 years. This will lead to a massive loss of labour force and an increase of 4 Mio pensioneers.
We’ve asked ourselves which kind of mobility concept could become relevant in light of these developments and what requirements it would have to meet.
A ride-hailing concept tailored to the needs of senior citizens enables self-determined mobility into old age. It is based on a sharing concept with age-appropriate, autonomous microcapsules that transport senior citizens safely to various everyday destinations.

Located in different public institutions, Goethe-Institut's "Infohäuser" provide essential information on issues of daily life life as well as bureaucratic processes or starting a career - making it easier for new arrivals to settle into life in Germany.
The insights of various parties involved have guided us to develop a range of concepts to enhance information transfer and encourage interaction.
